Payment

1. I will only start a commission after payment has been received.

2. The currency accepted in USD 

 

General terms

1. Provide neat references, not just a text, to avoid some misunderstanding.

2. The Artist reserves the right to delay work on a commission until the commissioner’s reply is received.

3. Any bad behavior will not be tolerated, I always have the right to decline your commission.

4. By requesting Commissions, you agree to all the rules and terms stated.

 

Process

1. Sketch stage- The client can comment and change.

2. Fully render stage- Work in progress will only be given if the client asks for it, if the client wants some modify it will have some additional charge depending on the modify.

3. Work in progress might be given if I wonder something about the commission. 

4. Final check stage- only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring some tiny mistakes.

5. Any huge changes will come with an extra charge. Such as rotation for the face or body, outfit change, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

6. The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1-2 weeks or 1-2 months, depending on many factors such as Health, complexity, the order of the commission, or family issues.

 

Completion of Commission

1. The client will receive jpeg, png, and PSD files.

2. After the client receives the file, I will no longer make any changes to the commission. 

 

Refund Policy

1. By sending Payment for a Commission, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. If the artist keeps delaying the commission for longer than half a year, the artist will offer a full refund.

3. The commissioner can't cancel the commission without a proper reason.

4. For example- If the commissioner just happened to have some incident or in payment period term, please do inform the artist, then we‘ll discuss the matter.

5. Other than that, there are no refunds.

 

Copyright/Usage Policy

1. I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote me within any place or site. Publish books with display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want. If the client wanted the artwork to be personal, please info me.

2. The client is allowed to; Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

3. The rights to the characters represented in commissions belong to their respective owners.

4. The Artist has all rights reserved for the commissioned piece.
